轧机机座系统模态计算与分析

摘要 为分析某轧机颤振原因,对机座系统模态进行了有限元计算。首先由于结构的对称性,只建立了机座系统一半的三维模型,通过对称面上所加的对称和反对称约束考虑机座系统的整体性,再采用节点自由度耦合方式实现机座与横梁的联接,最后计算得到机座系统的前20阶。计算结果表明,机座系统的固有频率对轧机颤振无直接影响。 The modal of mill frame system was computed with FEM in order to analyze the chatter of the mill. Firstly half 3D model of mill frame system was built for the symmetry structure and overall was considered through symmetry or anti-symmetry constraints applied on the symmetry areas. Then frame and beams were connected with method of coupled nodes. Lastly the former 20 steps modals of frame system were computed. Results show that natural frequencies don't impact directly on the chatter of the mill.
