摘要
热轧润滑剂是以油水混合液的形式被送到轧辊表面的,水是载体,少量的油均匀分散在水中。论述了油水混合润滑机制,从现场实践上分析了润滑混合液对轧制力的影响,分析了辊缝润滑在热轧生产工艺中所起的作用,并解决了在连续生产过程中周期性出现轧制力降幅过大的问题。对研究解决热轧润滑问题具有重要指导作用。
Hot rolling lubricant is in the form of oil-water mixture,which has been sent to the roll surface and of which the water is the carrier with a little of oil disperse in it.This paper discusses the lubrication mechanism of oil-water mixture,and analysis the impact of lubricating mixture on the rolling force,and the role of roll gap lubrication in the hot rolling production process,and solves the problem of rolling force dropped too much periodically in the continuous production process.The paper has an important guiding role for studying and solving the hot rolling lubrication.
