基于抗氧化效应的降脂宁质量评价方法研究

Study on Quality Evaluation of Jiangzhining Based on Anti-oxidative Activity

目的:建立降脂宁有效部位抗氧化生物效应质量评价方法。方法:采用DPPH法,以维生素C为阳性对照,测定降脂宁有效部位清除DPPH IC50值和抗氧化作用强度,以评价降脂宁质量。结果:阳性对照(维生素C)清除DPPH IC50为7.43mg·L-1,降脂宁有效部位清除DPPH IC50为11.50mg·L-1,抗氧化作用强度为0.646;不同批次药材制备的降脂宁有效部位抗氧化作用强度无明显差异。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于降脂宁有效部位抗氧化效应测定和降脂宁质量评价。

Objective：To establish a method based on the anti-oxidant biological effects,which could be used to evaluate and control the quality of the anti-oxidation effective fraction of Jiangzhining. Method：The IC50 value and anti-oxidation intensity were measured by DPPH free radical scan,and vitamin C served as a positive control. Result：The IC50 values were 7. 43 mg·L^ -1 and 11. 50 mg·L^ -1 for vitamin C and the effective fraction of Jiangzhining respectively. The anti-oxidation intensity of the effective fraction of Jiangzhining was 0. 646. There was no significant difference among the different batches of samples prepared from different batches of herbs. Conclusion：The method was efficient and accurate,and could be used to determine the anti-oxidation intensity and evaluate the quality of Jiangzhining.
