摘要
目的:建立降脂宁有效部位抗氧化生物效应质量评价方法。方法:采用DPPH法,以维生素C为阳性对照,测定降脂宁有效部位清除DPPH IC50值和抗氧化作用强度,以评价降脂宁质量。结果:阳性对照(维生素C)清除DPPH IC50为7.43mg·L-1,降脂宁有效部位清除DPPH IC50为11.50mg·L-1,抗氧化作用强度为0.646;不同批次药材制备的降脂宁有效部位抗氧化作用强度无明显差异。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于降脂宁有效部位抗氧化效应测定和降脂宁质量评价。
Objective:To establish a method based on the anti-oxidant biological effects,which could be used to evaluate and control the quality of the anti-oxidation effective fraction of Jiangzhining. Method:The IC50 value and anti-oxidation intensity were measured by DPPH free radical scan,and vitamin C served as a positive control. Result:The IC50 values were 7. 43 mg·L^ -1 and 11. 50 mg·L^ -1 for vitamin C and the effective fraction of Jiangzhining respectively. The anti-oxidation intensity of the effective fraction of Jiangzhining was 0. 646. There was no significant difference among the different batches of samples prepared from different batches of herbs. Conclusion:The method was efficient and accurate,and could be used to determine the anti-oxidation intensity and evaluate the quality of Jiangzhining.
