摘要
目的:建立测定乙肝宁颗粒中川楝素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为210nm,柱温为35℃。结果:川楝素在0.5~5.0μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.11%,RSD为1.91%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可为该产品的质量控制提供参考。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of toosendanin in Yiganning Granules. Method:The determination was performed on a Agilent zorbax SB-C18 column ( 4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm). Acetonitrile-water (30 ∶ 70) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL· min^-1 and the detective wavelength was set at 210 nm. The column temperature was at 35 ℃. Result:The linear range of toosendanin was 0. 5-5. 0 μg (r = 0. 999 9) and the average recovery was 97. 11% (RSD 1. 91% ,n = 6). Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible. It may well be used for the quality control of this product.
