摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱蒸发光散射检测器测定复方石韦片中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(35∶65)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1;ELSD检测器飘移管温度100℃,载气流速2.8L·min-1。结果:黄芪甲苷进样量在1.12~6.72μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.94%(n=9)。结论:本法操作简便,重复性好,灵敏度高,可有效控制复方石韦片中黄芪甲苷含量。
Objective:To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Fufang Shiwei tablets. Method:Agilent C18 ( 4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -water (35∶ 65) and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min -1; ELSD was used as the detector. Results:Astragaloside Ⅳ was linear in the range of 1. 12-6. 72 μg (r = 0. 9999); The average recovery (n = 9) was 98. 94%. Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of Fufang Shiwei tablets.
