摘要
聚合物胶束作为药物载体具有很多优良的性能,如体内外稳定性高、良好的生物相容性、难溶性药物的增溶作用等。本文从聚合物胶束的类型、聚合物胶束的载药方法和聚合物胶束在药物增溶作用、被动靶向、主动靶向及基因治疗药物载体中的应用等三个方面综述了近几年的研究发展概况。
The polymer micelles as drug carriers have many excellent properties,such as the high stability in vivo,good biocompatibility,the solubilization of insoluble drugs role. This paper reviews the research and development of Polymeric micelles from three aspects,including their types,drug loading methods and applications,especially in solubilization,passive targeting,active targeting and gene therapy drug carrier.
