摘要 经过首轮高校本科教学评估,地方高校领导普遍认为,改进评估的指导思想、完善评估的指标体系、拓展评估的主体、延长评估的周期、强化评估的常态化至关重要。改进高校本科教学评估是一个系统工程,应从转变评估方式、确定评估重点、强化地方教育行政管理部门的作用、第三方机构的认证、专家队伍的建设等多方面着手。 After the first-round undergraduate teaching assessment, it is widely believed among local college leaders that it is of great significance to improve the guiding concept of assessment, improve evaluation index system, expand the subject of assessment, extend the period of assessment, as well as strengthen the normalization of evaluation. It is a systematic project to improve undergraduate teaching assessment and we should start with various aspects as follows: to change evaluation pattern, to confirm evaluation priority-setting, to enhance the role of local educational administration authority, as well as the certification of third-party agency, and the construction of experts team, etc.
