摘要
由于对话和理解是人类把握自身的两种基本方式,人类无时无刻不在进行着对话,也无时无刻不在寻求理解。始于对话的教育,作为一种尊重主体性、体现创造性和追求人性化而趋向理解的教学,是大学教育的本真意蕴。在大学构建起从对话至理解的教育活动中,教师应当起着引向理解的前导作用,学生应成为积极走向理解的实践者,藉此形成一种平等和谐的师生间的对话,从而促进师生之间、知识主体与客体之间的相互理解而达成教育目的。
Since dialogue and understanding are the two basic ways of human to grasp the meaning of themselves, mankind are having dialogues all the time, and are seeking understanding incessantly, too. Education starting with dialogue, as a kind of teaching respecting subjectivity, reflecting creativity and seeking humanity so as to tend to understanding, is the true meaning of university education. Since the construction of university, in the educational activities from dialogue to understanding, the teacher should play the guiding role to lead to understanding, the student should become the active practitioner to make for understanding, which thereby forms a kind of equal and harmonious dialogue between teacher and student so as to achieve educational objective to promote mutual understanding between teacher and student, knowledge subject and object.
