Exploration on the Personality Structure of a Man of Noble Character and Integrity of Confucianist

君子是儒家理想人格的代表。采用词汇学假设,探讨儒家理想人格——君子的人格结构。结果表明,儒家理想人格——君子的人格为四因素结构,包括社会性因子、践行因子、中和人格因子和统合人格因子。揭示君子的人格结构,对儒家思想研究有重要理论意义,对青少年健全人格培养有重要实践价值。

A man of noble character and integrity is the representation of the ideal personality of the Confucianist. By adopting the lexieology hypothesis, the ideal personality of Confucianism personality structure of a man of noble character and integrity has been discussed. It is found out that the ideal personality of Confucianism personality structure of a man of noble character and integrity is consisted of four factors as social element, practical element, neutralization character element and integration character elements. It is not only of great theoretical significance for the research on Confucianism, but also of great practical value for the cultivation of adolescent healthy personality.
