褐黄孢链霉菌WZ-18产纳他霉素发酵条件的优化 被引量:1

Optimization of fermentation conditions of natamycin from Streptomyces gilvosporeus WZ-18

摘要 为确定产纳他霉素的褐黄孢链霉菌WZ-18的最佳发酵培养条件,研究了褐黄孢链霉菌菌株WZ-18产纳他霉素的发酵培养基成分及培养条件。结果表明:最佳培养基成分为葡萄糖40g/L、大豆蛋白胨20g/L、酵母粉7g/L、0.2%的磷酸镁,同时发酵48h时添加0.2%的丙酸钠;最佳培养条件为温度29℃、初始pH8.0、装液量40mL/300mL、接种量6%、转速200r/min;在此条件下培养,纳他霉素产量达到3.51g/L。 The fermentation conditions of natamycin produced by Streptomyces gilvosporeus WZ-18 were discussed and the optimal medium compositions and the optimal cultural conditions were obtained.The optimal medium compositions were:glucose 40 g/L,soya peptone 20 g/L,yeast extract powder 7 g/L,0.2% Mg3(PO4)2 and 0.2% sodium propionate added at 48 h.The cultural conditions were at a temperature of 29℃,initial pH 8.0,medium volume 40 mL/ 300 mL shake flask with 200 r/min,inoculation size spores 6%.Under these conditions,the natamycin could reach 3.51 g/mL.
