摘要
为提高桑黄菌丝产量,采用发酵罐深层培养技术,菌丝生物量高达19.86g/L,较摇床培养提高3倍。根据发酵过程中各参数变化,确定了放罐最佳时机为120h,并初步建立了菌丝体生长动力学模型及多糖生成动力学模型。通过拟合曲线可知该模型较好地反映了桑黄菌丝体发酵过程及其动力学机制。
In order to enhance production of Phellinus linteus mycelium,using deep tank fermentation culture technology made the biomass of mycelium up to 19.86 g/L,which was 3 times than shaker cultivation.The best time to put cans was determined of 120 h,and the dynamic models was established preliminary.The models can good reflect the fermentation process and dynamic mechanism.
