和降冲剂对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠血清胃泌素、胃窦粘膜PGE_2含量的影响

Effects of Hejiang Oral Solution on Content of the Serum Gastrin and PGE2 in Bile Reflux Gastritis Rats

探讨和降冲剂对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎（ＢＲＧ）大鼠内分泌激素的影响。结果表明：模型组胃泌素、ＰＧＥ２均较正常组为低；和降冲剂１２ｇ／ｋｇ及３ｇ／ｋｇ给大鼠连续灌胃３０ｄ，血清胃泌素，胃窦粘膜ＰＧＥ２含量均明显回升。

The effects of Hejiang Oral Solution (HOS) on the changes of the serum gastrin and PGE2 of bile reflux gastritis (BRG) in rats were discussed. The results showed that intragastric feeding of the HOS at the dosage of 12g/kg and 3g/kg (20 & 5 times of the clinical dosage respectively) for 30 days can increase gastric secretory and promote the recovery of inflammation.
