摘要
研究了综合调控技术(核果类果实保鲜剂处理,PE保鲜袋自发气调包装,0℃贮藏)对久保桃贮藏过程中的几种生理生化指标的影响。试验结果表明,综合调控技术能有效地保持久保桃果实的采后品质,可明显抑制桃果实的可溶性固形物含量的增加和果实硬度的下降,降低果实褐变率,从而延缓桃的后熟。
The physiological and biochemical changes of Chinese jiubao peach by integrated controlling technology were studied.Results of the study could be expressed as follows:storage inhibited the decrease of firmness and the increase of TSS content significantly,and slowed down the browning rate of peach fruits.
