缠丝鸭蛋对机体的抗疲劳和耐缺氧效应

摘要 目的:探讨缠丝鸭蛋的抗疲劳和耐缺氧效应。方法:建立大强度耐力运动训练动物模型,记录小鼠的游泳时间和缺氧存活时间,测定血尿素氮(BUN)和血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。结果:饲喂缠丝鸭蛋组小鼠的游泳时间和缺氧存活时间随剂量增加,BUN水平降低,LDH活性提高。结论:缠丝鸭蛋能使小鼠对负荷的适应性增强,对脑缺氧或心肌缺血有改善作用。可开发和利用缠丝鸭蛋作为耐力运动员的运动补剂。 Objective:To explore the winding wire duck effect of anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance.Methods:To establish a high-intensity endurance exercise training in animal models,recording the swimming time of mice and hypoxia survival time measured blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH).Results:The feeding wrapping duck groups of mice swimming time and hypoxic survival time increased with dose,BUN lower level,LDH activity increased.Conclusion:The winding wire duck eggs can increase the adaptability of mice to load on the brain hypoxia or myocardial ischemia improvement.Development and use of wire can be wrapped around duck,as endurance athletes,sports supplements.
