特用蚕品种茧丝胶蛋白质含量与氨基酸组分 被引量:5

Analysis of the sericin protein content and amino acide component of the natural sericin silkworm strain

摘要 丝胶蛋白质是具有多种独特功能性的蛋白质,在食品、化妆品、纤维加工、细胞工程、医用材料等领域具有重要利用价值。目前丝胶蛋白质的获得基本上都是从下茧、废丝和缫丝废水中回收获得,但回收不仅工序繁琐、成本高,而且回收的丝胶蛋白质纯度低、质量差,在与人体相关的产品开发利用上,具有严重的不良影响。对"绿S"和"白S"2种全天然丝胶茧品种及现行推广普通蚕品种"菁松×皓月"的丝胶含量及氨基酸组成进行了比较分析,试验结果表明"绿S"和"白S"两个丝胶茧品种的丝胶蛋白含量极高,达95%以上,分别是对照品种茧的3.47倍和3.53倍,可以称之为纯丝胶蛋白质;氨基酸组分分析表明"绿S"和"白S"品种的丝氨酸含量也明显高于"菁松×皓月",在保健食品领域具有更为优越的利用价值。通过品种生产回避回收的不利而直接获得大量、优质全天然丝胶蛋白质原料。 Sericin is a variety of unique features of proteins,in food,cosmetics,fiber processing,cellular engineering,medical materials,and other fields important value in use.At present the acquisition of sericin are basically from the next cocoon,silk waste and waste water recycling was reeling,but the recovery process is not only cumbersome,costly,and the purity of recovered sericin is low,poor quality,with the human bodyrelated product development,utilization,has serious adverse effects.This study analyzed the rearing of"Green S"and "White S"two kinds of all-natural sericin cocoon varieties and the current promotion of common varieties of "Jingsong×Haoyue"silk rubber content and amino acid composition.The results showed that the sericine protein of"Green S"and"White S"are very high with about 95%,and are 3.47 times and 3.53 times of that of "Jingsong×Haoyue"respectively.Amino acid composition analysis showed that the "Green S"and "White S"varieties of serine levels are also significantly higher than"Jingsong×Haoyue",in the health food industry with a much superior value in use.Species recovery through the production to avoid the negative and direct access to large,high-quality all-natural sericin materials.
