摘要
通过静态吸附试验选择最佳的大孔吸附树脂,然后考察了上样速度、洗脱剂对大孔树脂纯化茶多酚效果的影响。结果表明,HPD600大孔吸附树脂能有效去除茶多酚中的咖啡碱。柱分离的最佳条件为:以6mL/min的流速上样,5%HCl,20%乙醇溶液洗脱咖啡碱,80%乙醇洗脱茶多酚。洗脱液经浓缩,干燥,得到茶多酚产品,其中茶多酚含量在95%以上,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯含量大于42%,咖啡碱含量小于2%。
The static absorption of tea polyphenols(TP)from tea extract was studied to select the bestmacro-porous adsorption resin in this paper,and the influences of the tea extract flow rate and the eluent on purification of TP were also investigated.Results showed that caffeine could be removed effectively from tea extract by the HPD600 resin column separation.The optimal column separation condition was as follows:The tea extract flow rate was 6 mL/min,the caffeine eluent was water solution of 5% HCl with 20% ethanol,and the TP eluent was 80% aqueous ethanol.The final product was obtained by concentration and drying of TP eluent.The contents of tea polyphenols and EGCG in the final product was more than 95% and 42% respectively,caffeine was less than 2%.
