摘要
以80%乙醇为溶剂用超声波法提取茶叶中茶多酚,比较了传统有机溶剂浸提法、索氏提取法、超声波提取法3种工艺的优缺点。通过单因素和正交实验得出,在有机溶剂相同条件下,超声波法的提取率和茶多酚的含量最高,超声波法具有省时、效率高、成本低、操作简便、产品品质高等优点。超声波法提取的最佳工艺条件为:以80%的乙醇为溶剂,超声波功率260W,超声波时间25min,料液比1∶8,提取级数2次。超声波时间和超声波功率的影响较小,起辅助作用。
Using ethanol 80% as a solvent and extracting the tea polyphenols from the tea by ultrasonic wave auxiliary method was studied in this paper.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional organic solvent extraction,Soxhlet extraction,ultrasonic extraction of three kinds of process was also studied too.Obtained by single factor and orthogonal tests,Under the same conditions in organic solvents,ultrasonic extraction rate and the highest content of polyphenols,the ultrasonic extraction have the many advantages,for example the time-saving,the high efficiency,the low cost,the easy to operate,the improving product quality etc.The optimum conditions of ultrasonic method for extracting tea polyphenols from leaf of Indocalamus were as follow:the mass percentage of alcohol 80%,ultrasonic power 260 W,extracting time 25 min.expects the fluid to compare 1:8,the number of extraction 2 times.Ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time are small influence and play a supporting role.
