补充适量精氨酸加速大鼠烧伤创面愈合 被引量:1

To Speed up Burn Wound Healing with Suitable L-arginine in Rats

摘要 目的探讨精氨酸对烧伤创面愈合的影响和量效关系。方法通过大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,补充不同剂量精氨酸。记录伤前、伤后体重,测定烧伤创面组织Ⅰ:Ⅲ型胶原比例,羟脯氨酸(OHP)含量和真皮细胞增殖周期。结果补充适量精氨酸可增加烧伤创面中OHP含量、降低烧伤创面1:m型胶原比例,加速真皮细胞DNA复制,增加伤后大鼠体重。结论补充适量精氨酸对促进烧伤后大鼠创面愈合具有重要作用。 Objective To Study the dose-effect of dietary L-arginine on burn woundhealing. Methods The effect of dietary L-arginine was studied on deep pantal burned rats(10% TBSA). The body weight was recorded every day. The biopsies of burn wound weretaken for measuring the hydroxyproline, the ratio of conagrn type Ⅰ to type Ⅲ and thedermal cell cycle. Results Suitable L-arginine increased the amount of hydroxyproline,decreased the ratio of collage type Ⅰ to tab Ⅲ, and elevated the DNA content of dennis.And 200mg· kg-1· d-1 was the most suitable dose of L-arginine for burn wound healing ofrats. Conclusions Suitable L-arginine is beneficial for bUmed rats.
