摘要
目的：观察烧烫伤速效膏对炎症反应、疼痛及微循环的影响。方法：选用实验动物大鼠、小鼠，观察烧烫伤速效膏对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿，蛋清所致大鼠关节肿，热板致痛，醋酸致痛及小鼠肠系膜微循环的效果。结果：各项实验结果均显示，试药组与对照组比较具有显著性差异。（P＜0．01）。结论：烧烫伤速效膏具有明显抗炎。镇痛及促进微循环作用。
Objective: To observe the affection of quick - acting ointment for bums on inflammation , ache and microcirculation . Methods : By means of experimental animals (rat and mouse), the effect of quick - acting ointment forbums was observed on xylene caused auricle swelling, ear - white caused arthroncus , scald - plate - caused soleache of feet, acetic acid caused bellyache, and microcirculation of the mesentery. Results: All of the experimental reresults showed that there were significant differences between the heatment groups and the control groups had significant diflerences(P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion: quick - acting ointment for burns has obvious effect of analagesia, anti- inflammationand modifying microcirculation .
