摘要 利用波动力学从理论上分析重型凿岩机冲击凿岩系统模型,得出冲击动载参数的相关表达式,并在此基础上用非线性动力学分析软件LS-DYNA对其本构模型进行仿真计算,分析中等硬度岩石条件下重型凿岩机冲击凿岩所需冲击能的临界值问题。为以后钻头研究和重型凿岩机的设计提供一种有效的分析方法。 Impact drilling system model of heavy rock drill was analyzed theoretically by wave mechanics,and the relevant expressions of dynamic load parameters was obtained.On this basis,nonlinear dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA was used to simulate its constitutive model,and when heavy rock drill drilled the threshold of impact energy was analyzed under the conditions of the medium-hardness of the rock.An efficient analysis method is offered for researching drill and designing heavy rock drill in the future.
