完善我国国家创新系统的对策探讨

Approach to Countermeasures for Improving China’s National Innovation System

我国国家创新系统还不完善,因而我国还不是创新型国家,经济贸易增长质量总体上不高。我们需要从知识创新和传播以及人才培养体系、技术创新体系、政府的作用、中介服务体系、创新观念和文化、国际互动机制六个方面完善我国的国家创新系统,把我国建设成创新型国家。

China’s national innovation system is still not perfect, therefore China is still not a creative country, the overall quality of Chinese economic and trade development is not high..In order to turn China into a creative country, we should improve China’s national innovation system by improving the following six components：knowledge innovation and spreading and talents raising system, technological innovation sytem, government’s role, go-between service system, innovation mentality and culture, international interaction mechanism.
