“十一五”以来我国四大区域发展比较及“十二五”期间发展方向研究

Comparison among Four Regions in China since the 11th Five–Year Plan and Study on the Development Direction during the 12th Five–Year plan

我国各个区域之间发展极不平衡。本文从小康社会实现程度、经济发展水平、经济外向性、人民生活水平、区域自我发展能力、基本公共服务、资源与环境七个方面来比较四大区域之间存在的异同点。针对东、中、西、东北四大区域在发展过程中表现出的特点,指明未来十二五期间四大区域的发展方向:提高自主创新能力,加强东部地区国际竞争力;培育中部核心城市带,建设大型生产中心和物流中心;继续完善西部地区基础设施建设,提高自我发展能力;促进东北传统产业结构优化升级,发展高附加值产业和现代服务业。

China exists especially unbalanced development among different regions. This paper compares the Similarities and differences among the four Regions from sever aspects： realization degree to the well-off society, the economic develop- ment, economic extraversion, people＇s living standards, regional self-development ability, basic public services, resources and environment. Based on the characteristics of four regions’ development , it points the way to future development： Exercising the independent innovation capability and enhancing eastern regions’ international competitivenes, cultivating the core of city belt and constructing large-scale production center and logistics center, continuing to improve the infrastruc- ture projects of western regions and raising self-development energy, promoting the upgrading of the traditional industrial structure and developping high value-added industries and modern service industries.
