钾离子通道开放剂对未成年兔心肌的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨钾离子通道开放剂对未成年兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:在改良Langendorf模型上,对St.Thomas液(S组)及用10μmol/LNicorandil强化的St.Thomas液(S+N组)两种停跳液进行低温缺血再灌注离体心脏实验。观察缺血前、后心功能变化(左心室变化压、左心室舒张末压、最大压力变化速率、心肌含水量及冠状动脉流量等指标)。结果:离体心脏缺血再灌注后,S+N组左心室变化压、左心室舒张末压、最大压力变化速率及冠状动脉流量等指标方面恢复明显好于S组。结论:Nicorandil作为新的有效的停跳液成分,可增强St.Thomas对未成年兔心肌的保护作用。 Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of Nicorandil,an opener of potassium channels in protecting myocardium of immature rabbit hearts from ischemic reperfusion injury. Methods:On modified Landgendorff apparatus,16 isolated hearts of 7 14 days immature rabbit were divided in two groups randomly:St.Thomas' solution(group S)and St.Thomas' solution plus nicorandil(group S+N)and subjected to 15°C hypothermia,2 hours of ischemia and 1 hour of reperfusion.The preischemia and postischemia myocardial function were assessed by the percentage recovery of left ventricle developed pressure(LVDP),left ventricle end diastolic pressure,±dp/dt max ,mycardial water content,and coronary blood effluent(CBE). Results:Postischemic recovery of LVDP,left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP),±dp/dt max ,and CBE were significantly better in group S+N than in groups. Conclusion:As an new and effective composition,nicorandil can improve significantly the myocardial protective effect of the St.Thomas solution for immature rabbit hearts.
