牛磺胆汁酸钠的合成及其镇咳、祛痰作用比较

Synthesis of Sodium Taurine Conjugated Bile Salts and Their Comparison in Antitussive and Expectorant Effects

对６种不同的牛磺胆汁酸钠进行了合成，并对比研究其镇咳、祛痰作用。结果表明，相对于空白组它们均具有镇咳、祛痰作用，但两者强弱顺序不一致。前者为：牛磺鹅去氧胆酸钠＞牛磺猪去氧胆酸钠＞牛磺胆酸钠≥牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠＞牛磺蝰胆酸钠＞牛磺去氧胆酸钠；后者为：牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠＞牛磺鹅去氧胆酸钠＞牛磺胆酸钠≥牛磺去氧胆酸钠≥牛磺蝰胆酸钠＞牛磺猪去氧胆酸钠。结果提示，牛磺胆汁酸钠的镇咳、祛痰强度因羟基的位置与数目而异。

The synthesis of 6 kinds of sodium taurine conjugated bile salts was studied and their comparison in antitussive and expectorant effects made. The results showed the six compounds all had the antitussive and expectorant effects as compared with control group. But the intensity sequence of the compounds for the two effects was inconsistent. The intensity sequence for the former was: TCDCANa>THDCANa>TCANa≥TUDCANa>TBCANa>TDCANa;for the latter was:TUDCANa>TCDCANa>TCANa≥TDCANa≥TBCANa>THDCANa. The results indicated that there were different antitussive and expectorant effects among the compounds because of the different position and number of the hydroxyl group in their structures, and among them the compounds with hydroxyl group on the 7th carbon atom showed stronger effects.
