摘要
介绍了攀钢钒钛矿冶炼高炉铁损的分布及走向,结合钒钛矿冶炼渣中TiO2含量高、炉渣黏度大的特点,分析了铁损高的原因以及降低高炉铁损的主要方向,提出了改善炉渣性能的具体措施,并通过优化高炉操作,强化高炉冶炼,使高炉的铁损降低到了6%以下。
The distributions of iron losses of Pangang blast furnaces were introduced.Based on the characteristics of vanadiferous titanomagnetite slag such as the high content of TiO2 and viscosity of slag,the reason that the iron losses were high and the main way lowing the iron losses were analyzed and the specific measures for improving the properties of BF slag were presented to reduce the iron losses of blast furnaces to below 6% with optimizing the operation of blast furnaces and intensified smelting.
