摘要
为改善水平连铸圆管坯的内部质量,自主开发了二冷段加凝固末端电磁搅拌技术,对比分析同等生产条件下铸坯低倍组织结果表明,经过电磁搅拌的铸坯中心等轴晶率明显提高,中间裂纹、中心疏松、中心裂纹等缺陷级别明显降低。将这一新技术应用到其他机组,对电磁搅拌参数优化后,进一步提高了铸坯中心等轴晶率,为开发高合金元素含量钢种奠定了基础。
In order to improve the internal quality of horizontal continuous casting round billet,S+F-EMS technology was developed.Through comparing the macrostructure under the same production conditions,the results show that after electromagnetism agitation,the center equiaxed crystal rate enhances obviously,the intermediate cracks,the center porosity,and central cracks decrease evidently.After the new technology was applied to other units and the electromagnetism agitation parameters were optimized,the center equizxed grain rate is enhanced further.The new technology would be theoretical basis for the development of high-alloy steels.
