摘要
科学家个人h2指数提出后,立刻受到高度关注,并被推广应用到机构层面的科研评价活动中。在介绍机构h2指数两种计算方法的基础上,重点分析Prathap提出的h2指数的合理性和评价角度,并以"HIV感染与治疗"研究领域为案例,对该领域的机构h2指数进行比较。理论分析和数据试验表明:h2指数重在从拥有机构高水平研究人员角度评价机构整体科研水平。
Hirseh-type indices are not only used for the evaluation of individual scientists but also for institutional evaluation. The authors introduce two types of h indices defined in institutional evaluation. In particular, the rationality of Prathap＇ s suggestion, h2-index is analyzed. In addition, the authors provide a practical example in the field of HIV infection and therapy.
