摘要
将信任、业务理解、利益/风险共享、冲突和承诺视为伙伴关系质量构成的主要内容,运用多元线性回归实证检验IT外包伙伴关系质量影响因素。结果表明参与、沟通质量、信息共享、高层管理的支持对于伙伴关系质量具有显著的正向影响,协调、相互依赖性和文化的相似性没有显著的影响,而伙伴关系年限则具有负向影响。因此,在IT外包伙伴关系构建中应该重点提高参与度、沟通质量、信息共享以及加强高层管理对外包项目的支持。
The quality of ITO partnership is regarded as the construct of trust, business understanding, benefit and risk sharing, conflict and commitment. The effect factors of ITO partnership quality and its components, such as participation, communication quality, coordination, information sharing, mutual dependence, the year of partnership, cultural similarity and top manager support, are checked by multiple linear regression. The results indicate that participation, communication quality, information sharing and top manager support have positive effects to the partnership quality, while coordination, mutual dependence, cultural similarity have no obvious effects and the year of partnership has negative effect to the partnership quality. So the organization should improve the level of participation, communication quality, information sharing and top manager support in the process of partnership construction.
