网络信息检索环境中知识链接的设计——基于语用和用户行为研究的视角

Design of Knowledge Linking Under the Environment of Web Information Retrieval:In the Pragmatic and User Behavior Research Perspective

知识链接的普遍性、基础性和随意性等特征决定信息检索环境下必须对知识链接进行精心设计,而对用户检索行为的特征和检索过程中语用特征的考察是检索环境中知识链接设计的重要依据。检索环境中知识链接的语用意义主要从链接文本、链接的网页布局和网页间的层次布局三个层面体现出来。信息检索环境下知识链接的设计必须遵循的基本原则包括语境信息充分原则、省力和够用原则、及时更新和持续发展原则等。

The characteristics of universality, basic and randomness of knowledge linking,have decided that it must carry on the careful design of the knowledge linking under the information retrieval environment. The study for the features of user retrieval behavior and pragmatic in the process of retrieval is the important foundation for the design of knowledge linking. The pragmatic meaning of the knowledge linking under retrieval environment is reflected mainly in three aspects, such as the anchor text, page layout and the knowledge linking layout between the level of pages. The knowledge linkingg design under the information retrieval environment must follow the basic principles include the principle of the full context information, the principle of least effort, and the principle of timely updates and sustainable development and so on.
