炼油-化工一体化的方案设计及优化 被引量:4

摘要 某公司炼油乙烯项目在优化工艺流程、总平面布置、公用工程、辅助设施、信息管理等方面实现了炼油-化工一体化。尤其是在国内首创建设了部分氧化/汽电联产(POX/COGEN)公用工程岛。不但减少了工程投资,而且为企业控制生产成本、降低投资风险创造了条件,是我国炼油化工建设和生产经营的创新。 The design of a recent ethylene project adopted the philosophy of refining-petrochemical integration was introduced. This design concept was applied throughout all aspects of the project, such as optimizing process configuration, general site layout plan, design of utility island, auxiliary facilities, information management system and so on. In particular, the utility island was built around a POx/steam power CO-GEN unit to supply partial hydrogen, steam, and electricity demand of the plant. This design is the first of its kind in any existing domestic refineries and petrochemical complexes. The successful application of the design concept helps cut project CAPEX, lower production cost and minimizing investment risk. In addition, the integrated utility island design was a technology breakthrough and innovation for domestic petrochemical industry.
