摘要 目的:研究不同处理方式对益母草中亚硝酸盐含量的影响。方法:将不同区域采集的益母草样品(去根)洗净,沥干。分别随机均匀分成3份,以室温散放(20-30)℃、恒温烘干(60℃)和露天晒干3种不同方法进行处理,分别测定益母草样品中亚硝酸盐含量。其中室温散放样品从当日开始每天测定1次,共测6次(0-5d),晒干和烘干样品先用水煮沸,然后每隔3min采样测定1次,每份样品连续测定6次。结果:益母草在室温散放的条件下,其亚硝酸盐含量均数随储存时间的增加而显著增加(P>0.05,P(0.05),煎煮12min后,各样品中亚硝酸盐含量均显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),但组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:为提高益母草的药用安全性,宜现采现用,且储存时间不得超过48min。对益母草干样的煎煮时间应控制在12min以内,以降低亚硝酸盐的毒副作用。 Objective:To study the effects of different treatments on the contents of notrite in Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet.Methods:Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet samples(to removal roots) from different areas were washed and drained,then were randomly divided into three portions which was put in room temperature (20-30 ℃),constant temperature drying (60 ℃) and open-air drying,respectively.The notrite contents of samples in room temperature was determined once every day from day 0 to day 5.The rest samples were boiled first,then nitrite contents was determined every 3 min for continuous six times.Results:The notrite contents of samples in room temperature was increased with the storage time protracted (P﹤0.05).The notrite contents of the other 2 samples were significantly increased (P〈0.05) after boiled for 12 minutes,but the differences between them were not significant (P〉0.05).Conclusion:Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet should be use by now,and the storage time should be no more than 48 hours.To reduce the side effects of nitrite,decocting time of Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet should be controlled in 12 minutes.
