8种J55套管在长庆油田洛河水中的耐蚀性评价 被引量:13

摘要 对8个厂家J55套管在长庆油田洛河水中的耐蚀性评价发现,平均腐蚀速率为2.5×10^(-2)~1.2×10^(-1)mm/a,可分为耐蚀及尚耐蚀两类。表面观察虽属于均匀腐蚀,但仍存在局部腐蚀现象,且国产管有沿轧制方向的腐蚀倾向,进口管孔蚀倾向较大,其最大腐蚀速率约2.4mm/a;腐蚀产物主要由Fe_2(SO_4)_3、Fe_2(OH)_2(SO_4)_2等组成。 8 kinds of J55 casings were evaluated in Luohe water of Changqing Oilfield, their average corrosion rates were ranged from 2. 5×10-2 to 1. 2×10-1 mm/a,and can been classified into two levels which are good and passed. Although the specimen surfaces were uniform in most area of every specimen after test, a few local corrosion phenomena still existed on the surfaces, and had the tendeny that specimen corroded along the direction of rolling on indigenous casings, and with pitting on imported casings, the max. average corrosion rate was 2. 4mm/a on imported specimen, corrosion products were mainly made up of Fe2(SO4)3、Fe2(OH)2(SO4)2, etc.
