摘要 基于对气化过程的理论分析,建立了层次机理模型.提出了新颖的喷嘴开发模式.通过命题转化,在一系列冷模装置上对复杂的气化过程开展了全面的研究,实验数据与工业运行数据均表明,所提出的新型喷嘴性能优于进口喷嘴. Based on the analysis of CWS gasification process, Factor - Effect Model has been established, together with a unique burner development mode. By means of proposition conversion, investigation on coal gasification process has been carried out on a series of cold models. The data from laboratory and industry have proved that novel CWS gasification burners overbalanced import burner in almost every performance index, which also demonstrated that previous analysis and the mode brought forward are practical and reliable.
