摘要
教师在教育评估中的角色和地位是教育评估研究的一个重要问题。本文通过分析20世纪末ABET在美国工程教育认证改革中关于教师培训的活动情况,发现教育评估制度变革需要树立"教师是先行者"的理念,教育质量的持续性改进需要以教师为主体,教师评估能力提升需要教师评估综合培训体系。文章进一步分析了教师在我国教育评估中的境遇并提出了相关建议。
The function and status of the faculty in education assessment is an important topic in education assessment research. This paper analyzes the ideas and strategies of reform of engineering education accreditation, which began in late 1980s in US. It reaches three conclusions: the reform of the system of accreditation needs the idea of "The faculty is the forerunner'~ the continuous improvement of education quality needs setting up the status of the faculty as the main body and the promotion of faculty assessment demands a the establishment of a comprehensive training system of the facultyrs assessment. Finally, the paper discusses the situation of the faculty in education assessment and makes some suggestions.
