摘要
优秀教师与普通教师最基本的区别在于优秀教师具有创造思维能力。创造思维能力既是一种高层次的思维能力,又体现为一种高层次的实践能力。普通教师成长为优秀教师,是以具有普通思维和实践能力向高层次思维和实践能力发展的过程。本文就优秀教师的创造思维能力,提出"重构聚变"创造思维的范式,探索优秀教师创造思维能力的生成、发展、特点及原理,给成长型教师以智力援助。
The most essential difference between an excellent teacher and an ordinary one lies in that the former possesses the creative thinking ability,which is a high-level thinking ability as well as a high-level practical ability. To grow from an ordinary teacher to an excellent one is a transformation process from a teacher with ordinary thinking and practical ability to one with both high-level thinking and practical abilities. This paper proposes the model of reconstructing fusion to cultivate teachers＇ creative thinking ability. It explores the formation and development as well as the characteristics and principles of an excellent teacher＇s creative thinking ability,providing intelligence assistance for the growing teachers.
