Bcl-2/Bax在宫颈癌诊断中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 生命有机体在生长发育过程中离不开细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡。它们相互协调,共同维持正常有机体的生长平衡,如果这种平衡被打破,细胞凋亡受抑或过度,且机体不能重新恢复平衡,将会导致某些疾病的发生,如肿瘤、艾滋病(AIDS)和动脉粥样硬化等[1]。细胞凋亡发生的原因和途径是复杂多样的,许多基因参与细胞凋亡的基因调控,包括致死基因和存活基因。其中Bcl-2家族成员在细胞凋亡的基因调控过程中起着至关重要的作用[2]。现将近年这方面的进展作一综述。
