Chromosome karyotype analysis on 218 patients with hypospadias

摘要 目的探讨尿道下裂与染色体异常的关系。方法 2005年1月1日至2009年10月30日对218名患者采用外周血淋巴细胞培养制备染色体,G显带技术染色体核型分析。结果 218例患者共检出23例异常的男性染色体核型,占10.6%。结论染色体异常是尿道下裂的重要病因之一,尿道下裂患者发生染色体异常的机会较大,并与尿道下裂的严重程度有关,尿道下裂术前均应行染色体核型分析。 Objective:To investigate the relationships of chromosom abnormalities and hypospadias.Methods:Between January 2005 and October 2009,218 patients with hypospadias were detected.The peripheral-blood lymphocyte was cultured and prepared chromosomes,and the karyotype was analyzed by G banding technique.Results:Twenty-three abnormal chromosome karyotypes were detected in all 218 patients and were 10.6%.Conclusions:Chromosome abnormality is one of the important etiopathogenisis of hypospadias.There are much more opportunities of chromosome abnormality in hypospadias,and it is concerned with the severity of hypospadias.It is essential to screen chromosome karyotype for the patients with hypospadias preoperatively.
