超声诊断胎儿颈部水囊状淋巴管瘤的临床价值

On clinical value of ultrasound of the foetus cervical part lymph hydroma

目的探讨超声诊断胎儿颈部水囊状淋巴管瘤的临床价值。方法按照我院胎儿彩超检查方法对中晚期妊娠胎儿进行系统超声检查。结果自2006年1月～2009年10月我院的产前超声检查共12826例,检出胎儿颈部水囊状淋巴管瘤共20例,检出率0.156%,其中16例位于颈后部,3例位于颈侧部,1例位于颈前部,均为有分隔型。合并多发畸形6例,16例中期妊娠,4例晚期妊娠。结论超声易于检出中晚期妊娠胎儿颈部水囊状淋巴管瘤,并对其预后及临床处理有重要的意义。

Objective：To explore the clinical value of ultrasound in treating fortus cervical part lymph hydroma.Methods：A systematic ultrasonograph was carried out in middle and late pregnancy foetus by colored ultrasonograph of our hospital.Results：From Jannuary 2006 to October 2009,colored ultrasonograph was carried out to 12 826 cases of middle and late foetus and 20 cases were examined to get cervix lymph hygroma with 0.13% of detection rate.Among them,16 cases were at the back of the neck,3 cases at the side,1 case at the front,all being the type of separation.6 cases complicating the other system anomalies,16 cases were midtrimester pregnancy and 4 case was the late pregnancy.Conclusion：Ultrasonograph can easily check the mid and late.
