摘要
以聚硅乙炔为碳化硅前驱体,用二氧化硅微球作为模板制备了反蛋白石结构的碳化硅光子晶体,并对其耐热性进行了初步评价.采用扫描电镜和透射电镜等方法对材料的多孔结构进行了表征,利用X射线衍射对材料进行了物相分析,并运用热重分析对材料的高温抗氧化性进行了初步表征.结果表明,制得的材料规整有序,在空气气氛下900℃时残重为84%。
SiC inverse opal photonic crystal was prepared from infiltrating liquid polysilylacetylene into close-packed colloidal silica templates.The resultant sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the material exhibited ordered porous structure,and the decomposition residue of the sample was 84% in air at 900 ℃.
