摘要
本文对PZN-PNN-PZT四元系统压电陶瓷组成与性能的关系进行了研究。通过Ca、Sr、Ba等元素对部分Pb的置换以及用Li2CO3、Sb2O3等适当地掺杂改性,可获得介电常数ε33/ε0~7000、d33~800pc/N、Kp~0.65的一系列高性能压电陶瓷。
In this article,the relation of properties with composition of PZN-PNN-PZT system piezoelectric Ceramics is studied.A series of piezoelectric ceramics with high property (exp.33/07000,d33800 pc/N,Kp0.65) can be made by replacing Pb with elements Sr,Ca and Ba and by properly dopping with Li2CO3 and Sb2O3.These materials are used for making ultrasonic motors and high grade electroacoustic elements.
