摘要
研究了基于神经网络的ZrO2-SiC材料中原位SiC生成量预报模型,运用材料制备过程中的工艺参数,实现了SiC生成量的预报。结果表明:本模型具有良好的预报效果。
The prediction model for in-situ silicon carbide in ZrO2-SiC ceramics was discussed based on artificial neural networks(ANN) in this paper.In-situ SiC content prediction was realized by the model using process parameters in the preparation of ZrO2-SiC ceramics.The results show that the model exhibits good effect and ANN is one of promising methods for quantitative prediction of materials properties.
