摘要
目的 探讨聚ADP核糖聚合酶(PARP)和微血管密度(MVD)在人结肠癌组织中的表达及意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学染色法检测PARP和MVD在85例结肠癌组织中的表达.结果 结肠癌组织中PARP的表达与患者年龄(<50岁40/56∶≥50岁20/29),性别(男35/48∶女25/37),肿瘤直径(<5 cm 38/52:≥5 cm 22/33),发生部位(右半结肠27/42∶左半结肠23/43)均无关(P>0.05),而在Duke's分期高(34/40)、有淋巴结转移(43/53)、肝转移(39/47)中的表达高于在Duke's分期低(26/45)、无淋巴结转移(17/32)、无肝转移(21/38)中的表达(P<0.05).MVD在结肠癌组织中的表达与患者年龄(<50岁18.69±5.71∶≥50岁21.38±7.56),性别(男20.57±6.84∶女20.24±7.61),肿瘤直径(<5 cm 20.59±6.87∶≥5 cm 20.21±7.54),发生部位(右半结肠20.61±6.63∶左半结肠20.17±7.96)均无明显相关(P>0.05),而在Duke's分期高(21.86±7.35)、有淋巴结转移(22.29±7.38)、肝转移(22.11±7.32)中的表达高于Duke's分期低(17.76±5.69)、无淋巴结转移(16.93±4.83)、无肝转移(17.28±5.34)中的表达(P<0.05).结论 PARP的表达与结肠癌的Duke's分期、淋巴结转移、肝转移有关.
Objective To investigate the expression of poly ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) and microvessel density (MVD) in colon carcinoma and its implication. Methods The expression of PARP and MVD was detected by immunohistochemistry in 85 specimens of colon carcinoma. Results The positive expression of PARP had no relationship with the age ( 〈50 years 40/56 vs≥50 years 20/29), sex of patients (men 35/48 vs women 25/37) , the diameter of tumors ( 〈5 cm 38/52 vs≥5 cm 22/33) and location of tumor (right hemicolon 27/42 vs left hemicolon 23/43) ( P 〉 0.05), but the positive expression of PARP had relationship with the stage of Duke's [ high ( C-D) 34/40 vs low ( A-B) 26/45 ] , lymphatic metastasis (metastasis 43/53 vs non-metastasis 17/32) , hepatic metastasis (metastasis 39/47 vs non-metastasis 21/38) (P〈0.05). Also the positive expression of MVD had no relationship with the age ( 〈50 years 18.69 ±5.71 vs≥50 years 21.38 ±7.56) , sex of patients (men 20.57 ±6.84 vs women 20.24 ± 7.61) , the diameter of tumors ( 〈 5 cm 20.59 ± 6.87 vs≥5 cm 20.21 ± 7.54 ) and location of tumor (right hemicolon 20.61 ± 6.63 vs left hemicolon 20.17 ± 7.96 ) (P 〉 0.05) , but the positive expression of MVD had relationship with the stage of Duke' s [ high (C-D) 21.86 ± 7.35 vs low ( A-B) 17.76 ± 5.69 ] , lymphatic metastasis ( metastasis 23.29 ± 7.38 vs non-metastasis 16.93 ±4.83), hepatic metastasis (metastasis 23.11 ± 7.32 vs non-metastasis 17.28 ± 5.34) (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The expression of PARP had relationship with the stage of Duke' s, lymphatic metastasis and hepatic metastases in human colon carcinoma.
