摘要
目的通过比较指尖毛细血管全血糖(CBG)与同步静脉血浆糖(VPG),了解指尖CBG的准确性。方法 2008年3-4月随机选择在上海交通大学附属第六人民医院内分泌代谢科就诊的患者111例,其中糖尿病患者34例,糖耐量减退及糖调节异常者77例。所有患者均于空腹和餐后2 h同步测定VPG和指尖CBG(采用3种临床常用不同品牌血糖仪同步测试)。结果患者的空腹和餐后2 h VPG分别为(6.24±1.75)和(9.69±4.38)mmol/L,3种品牌血糖仪测得的空腹和餐后2 h指尖CBG分别为(6.53±1.56)和(10.41±4.79)mmol/L,(6.28±1.44)和(9.49±4.0)mmol/L,以及(6.49±1.44)和(9.88±3.96)mmol/L;指尖CBG与VPG的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);3种品牌血糖仪测得的指尖CBG均与VPG呈正相关(r值分别为0.959、0.974、0.962,P值均<0.05)。结论指尖CBG测定可作为糖尿病患者自我血糖监测和管理的良好方法。
Objective To validate the accuracy of finger blood glucose test result by comparing the results of finger blood sample and venous blood sample,so as to provide evidence for self monitoring of blood glucose(SMBG) and blood glucose management in diabetes patients.Methods A total of 108 diabetic patients,who visited out endocrinology outpatient department,were randomly selected.The finger tip capillary blood and synchronous venous blood samples were collected under fasting condition and 2h postprandial using 3 glucose meters of different brands.Results The fasting plasma glucose was(6.28±1.76) mmol/L and the 2 h postprandial plasma glucose was(9.69±4.43) mmol/L in the venous blood samples.The fasting and 2 h postprandial finger blood glucose levels by 3 different meters were(6.53±1.56),(10.41±4.79) mmol/L;(6.28±1.44),(9.49±4.0) mmol/L;and(6.49±1.44),(9.88±3.96) mmol/L,respectively.The finger tip blood glucose values were only slightly higher than the venous plasma glucose values(all P0.05).The coefficients of the 3 levels detected by 3 different meters with the venous plasma glucose values were 0.959,0.974,and 0.962,respectively.Conclusion Finger tip glucose detection can be used as a satisfactory method for diabetes patients for self-monitoring and management of their blood glucose.(Shanghai Med J,2010,33: 570-571)
