摘要
在后工业社会与全球化背景下,组织领导力发展成为美国学术界多学科研究的热点领域。美国领导理论发展和组织领导力实践发展丰富与重构了管理学知识体系。中国学者对美国领导理论历史演进与当代美国组织领导力发展进行系统研究将产生理论与实践两个方面重要价值。本文提供一个完整的当代美国组织领导力发展研究纲要:提示研究的意义,提供工作的概念基础,提出研究的路径,并列举需要完成的研究内容及课题清单。
In the post-industrial society,organizational leadership development has become a hot field in which American scholars make multidisciplinary studies.The theories and practice of organizational leadership development in America enrich and reframe the knowledge system of management.The systematic study of organizational leadership development in America is of great value for both theory studies and leadership practice.This paper provides an integrated outline for study on organizational leadership development in contemporary America： bringing out the meaning of studying,laying the conceptual foundation for further studies,putting forward a line of study and listing the subjects needed to be studied.
