摘要
由汤姆逊组建、以汤姆逊和卢瑟福为核心的研究X射线引起气体导电效应的科研团队,呈协作式扁平结构,实行柔性管理,通过团队学习,发现了气体导电的规律,并引发了一系列后续研究成果。这个案例引发我们深思:科学研究的动力及其对科研选题和科研管理的启示,如何通过团队研究培养创新型人才,如何平衡基础科学研究中团队研究和个人研究的关系。
J.J.Thomson organized a scientific researching team,in which Thomson and Rutherford were the major members,to study the electrical conduction through gases produced by X-rays.Its structure was flat,and it carried out soft management and team learing,found the law of the electrical conduction through gases and was followed by a series scientific achievement.This case arouses us to consider the motifs of what are the propulsions of scientific research and how they influence the choosing of the research topics and the research management,how to foster creative talented persons throught team learning,how to balance the team investigation and individual investigation in basic sciences.
