摘要
以浓硫酸作催化剂,用冰乙酸与双氧水、橡胶籽油合成环氧化橡胶籽油,对环氧化合成体系中的有机酸类型、用量及双氧水质量分数等影响环氧值的若干因素进行了研究。通过正交试验确定了最佳合成工艺条件为:橡胶籽油100 g,冰乙酸15 g,质量分数为30%的双氧水120 g,反应温度65℃,反应时间6 h。最佳条件下产物环氧值为5.56%。产品红外分析表明,在3 009 cm-1处的原料C C双键结构峰消失,在824、725 cm-1处呈现出环氧键伸缩振动的特征吸收峰。
The glacial acetic acid,hydrogen peroxide and rubber seed oil were used to synthesize epoxidized rubber seed oil by catalysis with concentrated sulfuric acid.Some factors affecting the epoxy value of the product,such as the type of organic acid,amount and concentration of hydrogen peroxide and so on were investigated.The synthesis conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment as follows:rubber seed oil dosage 100 g,glacial acetic acid dosage 15 g,hydrogen peroxide(mass fraction 30%) dosage 120 g,reaction temperature 65℃,reaction time 6 h.Under the optimal conditions,the epoxy value of the product was 5.56%.FT-IR analysis showed that the absorption peak of ethylenic bond of the raw material at 3 009 cm^-1 disappeared,and the characteristic absorption peak of stretching vibration for the epoxy ring appeared at 824 cm^-1 and 725 cm^-1.
