Thinking on the Construction of Librarian Team for County-level Libraries in China

县级图书馆是我国的基层图书馆,人才问题是其繁荣发展的关键。文章分析了县级图书馆人员配置存在的问题,并探讨了县级图书馆人才队伍建设的策略。

County-level library is the most grass roots library. The queslion of personnel is the key to the prosperous and developing of county- level library. The paper analyzes the existing problems in the personnel scheme of county-level libraries in China from five aspects, and discusses in detail the strategy for personnel construction of county level library from seven aspects, so as to provide reference for the development of library in China.
