The regional difference, agricultural household＇ s economic organization structural difference, the difference of rural public products and the difference of ＂local knowledge＂ all leads to the difference in the operation of farmer＇s libraries. The difference also results from the ways and means of the farmers in their production and living. It reasons the ＂differences＂ based on an empirical study of ＂how to do it＂ by the farmer＇ s library. Differences shall be guided by the government and require active participation by the body of farmers. Difference is the characteristics of farmers＇ library and is also a methodology.
