Based on the case if Gaoyao Library, this essay discourses the implementation of constructing and managing Farmhouse Reading-room which contain some general issues. It researches into the means of promoting the continuous improvement of Farmhouse Reading-room, and the resource advantages which play a role in the construction of Farmhouse Reading-room held by prefectural library.
