甘油三酯对经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者预后的预测价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究血脂因素对经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)达标患者出现主要不良心脏事件(MACE)的预测价值。方法:112例PCI术后患者,术后强化降脂并使得LDL-C水平达标,根据是否出现主要不良心脏事件分为MACE(-)组和MACE(+)组。于PCI术前及随访期分别留取外周血标本,检测甘油三酯、总胆固醇、LDL-C和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇等血液指标。采用SPSS13.0软件对各个指标进行统计学分析。结果:随访期内约11.61%患者出现主要不良心脏事件,单因素分析显示MACE(+)组患者甘油三酯和血糖水平高于MACE(-)组;多因素Logistic回归分析显示甘油三酯是主要不良心脏事件的危险因素。结论:血清甘油三酯可能是PCI术后LDL-C达标患者发生主要不良心脏事件的预测因素之一。
